Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or email once your order ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days across all Egyptian governorates.

Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. The total amount charged — including shipping — will be shown clearly prior to completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

To request a return, contact us before sending the item back.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Cash refunds are not available for card transactions.
