Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
How to Request
Submit your request via nex101.com/pages/contact
within 14 days. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days.
If approved, you'll receive clear return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved cases — such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the item and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
Shipping
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, NEX will cover return shipping in full.

Sale or discounted items
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items with removed or damaged tags
Accessories including caps and hats
Printed items — all printed T-shirts are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (see Damaged or Incorrect Items below)
Items fulfilled based on customer-confirmed details — any size, color, or specification confirmed by the customer in the order confirmation message is considered final.
Items fulfilled accordingly are not eligible for return or exchange
Exchanges
Exchanges
are available subject to stock availability, provided the item is eligible under our policy.
Exchanges are not available for any detail confirmed by the customer at the time of order confirmation, including size and color. Please review your order confirmation carefully before approving.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue and we'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
This applies to printed items as well.
